36 AI employees. Zero shifts.
Under two minutes.
A fully autonomous Security Operations Center, a workforce that detects, triages, investigates, hunts, responds and reports around the clock. Not a SIEM with a chatbot bolted on; a complete operating system for security operations.
A SOC is three products and a team you can't hire.
SIEM, SOAR and a shift-based analyst team: three vendors, three invoices, and L1 to L3 roles that are hard to fill and harder to keep. Alert fatigue buries real threats, playbooks gather dust, and the decision-to-action gap that costs a traditional SOC 20 to 40 minutes is a staffing problem, not a software one.
Put the first two shifts on autonomous rails.
MSOC's 36 AI employees run triage and investigation continuously, in parallel, with no queue and no handoff. Senior analysts sit on top to review, validate and direct, accountable for every action and never working the queue. Every decision is logged with a confidence score and an evidence trail. Override anything, tune everything.
Three categories.One platform.
You were sold three products and a team to run them. MSOC replaces the SIEM, the SOAR runbooks and the L1 to L3 queue with one autonomous system and one evidence trail.
Collect & correlate
Unified ingest, normalization and real-time correlation across 500+ data sources, from whatever SIEM or EDR you already run.
Triage & decide
The workforce triages continuously with no queue and no shift handoff. Escalations carry a full evidence trail and confidence score.
Respond & report
Containment under per-client approval policies, full ITSM ticketing, SLA tracking and scheduled reporting.
Collect, decide, oversee, act.
We collect
Warnings stream in from whatever you already run, 500+ data sources over secure connectors. No new software to buy.
AI runs L1 and L2
Triage, investigation and correlation happen autonomously against 1,700+ detection rules. Noise never reaches a person; real signals escalate with a full evidence trail.
Humans sit on top
Senior analysts review and validate what the AI did and direct it. Run fully autonomous or human-in-the-loop; it is a setting, not a different product.
We act
When a verdict crosses your confidence threshold, containment executes under your policy: isolate the endpoint, lock the account, block the hash. All of it logged.
A threat actor breached a client estate and began deploying ransomware. The full response playbook, detection, triage, investigation and containment, executed autonomously and mitigated the attack in 27 seconds. A senior analyst reviewed and confirmed every action afterward. Every playbook was written during a real incident, not in a lab.
A full SOC org chart.Thirty-six specialists, no shifts.
Each AI employee does real SOC work, in parallel, with no queue, fatigue or turnover.
Bring your stack, or let us bring it.The operating mode is yours to set.
The workforce, detection engineering, hunting and reporting are identical in both models. The only question is the tooling.
Bring your stack
Attaches on top of the SIEM, EDR, cloud and identity tooling you already own. No rip-and-replace, nothing you own is re-licensed.
- Works with any SIEM or EDR; preferred Sumo Logic and SentinelOne
- Detection engineering, hunting and reporting run against your stack
- Fastest path to coverage, the workforce starts on your existing telemetry
- Live in 21 days
Everything from us
We supply, deploy and operate the stack, the platform, the workforce and the tooling, under one contract.
- Begins with a gap assessment: what stays, what is replaced, what is absent
- Coverage gaps closed at the source, not worked around
- Premium: Conversational SOC, ask an AI employee in plain language
- Premium: natural-language investigation across every data source
Operating mode is a setting, not a tier. Run MSOC fully autonomous, or human-in-the-loop with senior sign-off before anything irreversible. Your call, in either model. How human-in-the-loop works →
From production.Real client environments.
These figures come from client environments running in the MSOC portal, not benchmarks. 93% is the fleet average; the flagship client reached 99.9%.
What this looks likein production.
SOC at enterprise scale
~31,000 employees and ~11 TB of security telemetry a day, roughly 5,000 raw alerts an hour. MSOC reduced that to about 100 items a day that genuinely warranted attention, and baselined all ~31,000 identities from a full year of history in under two hours.
Noise crushed, analysts freed
Benign activity from cloud configuration and management tooling was generating tens of thousands of false alerts. Severity governance and self-learning suppression cut them to near zero.
Shadow remote access contained
MSOC detected an unauthorized remote-management agent and a malware incident across the dealer fleet, quarantined the malicious files and safely reconnected endpoints, without disrupting dealership software.
A false alarm caught before it cost
A suspected business-email compromise was investigated end to end and correctly cleared: a local send from an unlocked workstation, not an account takeover.
Availability protected
Response guardrails prevented automated isolation of a domain controller and a perimeter firewall on noisy inbound triggers, holding action until the signal was validated.
Exposed credentials caught early
Continuous credential-leak and infostealer monitoring surfaced breached credentials tied to live accounts before they were used for access.
Client identities withheld pending permission. Named references and logos available on request.
What MSOC does under the hood.
AI-first triage
Signals classified, deduplicated and triaged continuously across the workforce, with no queue and no shift handoff. False-positive patterns are learned and suppressed automatically.
Self-tuning detection engineering
Detection-engineering employees tune rules per client with no analyst effort. At one client, self-learning suppression removed roughly 70,000 false positives with zero real threats missed.
Identity baselining & UEBA
Per-identity behavioural baselines built from historical data, showing what normal looks like and what was already compromised. ~31,000 identities baselined from a year of data in under two hours.
MITRE ATT&CK mapping
Every alert mapped to tactics and techniques. Playbooks trigger on technique combinations, not keywords. 1,700+ rules across 17 MITRE categories.
Threat hunting & predictive detection
AI-driven hypothesis generation over the hunting library, with intel-driven hunts and exposure scoring of KEV and CVE data against the stack you actually run.
Cross-client threat correlation
Detection and false-positive patterns learned at one client strengthen detection across the fleet, without sharing client data between tenants.
Automated response
Kill processes, quarantine files, isolate endpoints and block hashes under per-client approval policies. Guardrails hold action on critical infrastructure until the signal is validated.
Exposure & credential-leak monitoring
Standing watch for breached credentials, infostealer logs and KEV exposure across your stack, surfacing compromised accounts before they are used.
SLA tracking & automated reporting
Per-client, per-severity SLA tracking with escalation as thresholds approach. Case, incident and executive reports generated and delivered on schedule.
Not another SIEM add-on.
Most AI tools still need a full SOC team to run them. MSOC replaces the team.
| Capability | Traditional SOC / MDR | AI copilot tools | MSOC |
|---|---|---|---|
| Alert triage | Manual, L1-dependent | AI suggests, human decides | Autonomous, learns and auto-closes false positives |
| Mean time to detect | Minutes to hours | Depends on the underlying SIEM | Under 2 minutes, streaming |
| Mean time to respond | 30 to 60 minutes | 15 to 30 minutes | Under 2 minutes, end to end |
| Detection rules | Vendor-provided, generic | Limited, needs tuning | 1,700+ rules, auto-tuned per client |
| Threat hunting | Manual, senior-only | Query assistance | Automated hypotheses over the hunting library |
| Response actions | Ticket, manual execution | Recommends actions | Kill, quarantine, isolate, with approval controls |
| Staffing | 6 to 12 analysts for 24/7 | Still needs a SOC team | None in autonomous mode, or amplify your team |
| Transparency | Weekly PDF | Chat transcripts | Full evidence trail, every decision auditable |

What buyers ask.
We don't trust AI to act on our network.
It acts inside boundaries you set with us, everything is logged, and nothing irreversible happens without senior sign-off if you choose human-in-the-loop. Run it that way until you are comfortable; the operating mode is a setting you control.
Do we have to replace our SIEM or EDR?
No. In the Overlay model MSOC sits on top of your existing SIEM, EDR and identity tooling through pre-built connectors. Nothing you own is re-licensed.
How fast can we be live?
An autonomous SOC stands up in 21 days. Connectors against your existing log sources are configured remotely, with no hardware to install and no platform migration.
Where does our data live?
We deploy to meet your data-residency requirements, in-country where regulation requires it, aligned to the UAE PDPL and the data protection laws of the countries you operate in.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the model, your data volume and the tooling we supply. Talk to sales and we will scope it against your stack, no charge.
